Since these are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they have manufacturing defects or are from non-compliant batches.
In case of a defective product, we will be happy to evaluate your request.
How to request a return
To start the procedure we ask you to:
Contact us within 30 days of purchase at ordini@baroneserio.it
Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or online order).
Please describe in detail the problem you are experiencing.
Once we receive your report, we will carry out the necessary checks to confirm any defect.
If the problem is confirmed, you will be able to choose between:
full refund, or
product replacement.
Our priority is ensuring safety, quality, and transparency. For this reason, returns are not accepted for opened products that do not have manufacturing defects.
